Ann Gray

Licensed Pre-need Counselor (retired)

Ann Gray was born and raised in Tipton County. She is the daughter of the late James A. Poole and Rosie Lawrence Poole Barnes and is a graduate of Munford High School. She was the wife of the late Ken Gray and has three children, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She makes her home in Covington and is a member of Munford Baptist Church. Ann served the funeral home as our Pre-need Funeral Consultant/Insurance Sales Representative. She began her career in insurance in 1984 and began offering pre-arranged funeral service products in 1989. She became a Master Agent in 1988, a Million Dollar Producer for five years in a row and was on the United Family Life Insurance Company’s Presidents’ Council. During her career, she has served the people of Tipton County through both Maley Funeral Home and Munford Funeral Home in insurance sales. Ann retired in 2015 and is recognized as a founding employee of Covington Funeral Home.
