Willard "Bill" Foote, Jr.

Willard “Bill” Hoyt Foote, Jr., 72, passed away on Thursday, September 14 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis.  Bill was born in Helena, AR to the late Willard Hoyt and Esther Dorace Clay Foote.  He was a graduate of Elaine High School in Elaine, AR and the United Electronic Institute in Louisville, KY.  He was an electrician and electrical engineer and worked at Warwick and Clopay in Covington before working for the Conwood Company in Memphis, where he retired.

He is survived by two daughters, Holly Ann Foote (Keith) Wynn of Collierville and April Lynn Foote (Patrick) Quick of Ripley; one son, Alan Hoyt Foote of Burlison; his life partner, Kathy Doss and her two daughters, Lynn Stiles and Rosanne Elam and her grandchildren; six grandchildren, Christopher Quick, Aaron Quick, Haylee Wynn, Rory Curtis Foote, Hayden Wynn and Holden Wynn and the mother of his children, Cheryl Foote Hopkins. 

Private family services will be held for Mr. Foote.
