Vernon Lott

Bernard "Vernon" Lott, Sr., 80, of Drummonds, passed away on Friday, July 13.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17 at the Covington Funeral Home with interment to follow in Randolph Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, July 16 at the funeral home.  Mr. Lott was a farmer.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Shirley Klenk Lott; one daughter, Diane (Steve) Max of Randolph; one son, Gene (Liz) Lott of Drummonds; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; his extended family, Sandra (Jerry) Marcy, Susan Ballard, and Sarah (Wayne) Cole.
