Tommy Cox

Tommy Cox, 61, of Covington, passed away on Saturday, June 16.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19 at the funeral home.  Mr. Cox was self-employed a stump remover.  He is survived by his wife, Sherry Cox; three daughters, Amanda Cox of Jacksonville, FL and Ashley McClain of Oklahoma City, OK and Brittany Reynolds of Covington; five sons, Todd Cox, Tyler Cox and Daniel Price, all of Covington; Chris Gilliland of Millington, and Brandon Reynolds of Burlison; his mother, Ruby Marie Cox of Burlison; one brother, Timmy Cox of Covington; one sister, Cindy Cox Yearwood of Brighton and eleven grandchildren, Zac Cox, Ethan  Sigler, Heavyn Incillo, Kailyn Incillo, Zayna Snipes, Isla McClain, Aislinn Thompson, Jacob Grant, Kyle Morgan and Brooklyn Huntzizker.  He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Cox.
