Tom Carpenter

Tom Carpenter, 66, of Covington, passed away on Saturday, April 20.  Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.  Mr. Tom was a self-employed carpenter.  He is survived by his wife, Diane Young Carpenter, of Covington; his son, Thomas (Khrysten) Carpenter II, of Munford; his daughters, Jessica (Jerry) Hampton, of Brighton, and Mary Jo Winberry; five grandchildren, Lynnlee, Everly, Cooper, Keagan, and Keller, and his sister, Shelly Eaves, of Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Dorothy Sheperd Carpenter, and his brother, Jim Carpenter.
