Tiffany Leigh Bramble Barnes, age 49, passed away at her home in Millington on Thursday, May 4, 2023. She was born to parents Floyd “Buddy” Bramble and Glida Max Bramble on January 26, 1974 in Memphis. Tiffany attended Craigmont Jr. High, until her family moved to Tipton County, where she enrolled in Munford High School. She loved music and played clarinet in both school’s bands, earning her spot in the West Tennessee School Band and Orchestra Association’s All-West Clinics. Through the years, she pursued music and was an accomplished rhythm and blues/pop singer in the Memphis area, having sung with various musicians, as well as singing at BB King’s on Beale. She also worked as a driver for Uber and as a clerical worker in several different office jobs including Yarbrough’s Music and Audio in Memphis, but due to her illness, she had not been able to work for the past few years. Tiffany is survived by her father and step-mother, Floyd “Buddy” and Annie Bramble, of Covington; her sister and brother-in-law, Toni Sue and Chris Cross, of Brighton; two nephews, Travis and Torey Jackett, of Brighton, and one great-niece, Kayleigh Jackett. She was preceded in death by her mother, Glida Max Bramble, and her nephew, Shannon Bramble. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 27th at Covington Funeral Home. Visitation for friends and family will begin at 11am, with the service to follow at 12 noon. Brother Kevin McLeod will officiate the services. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home.
