Stanley "Pete" Patrick

Stanley "Pete" Patrick (Slowhand), 62, of Covington, passed away on Friday, January 10.  Mr. Patrick was a self employed truck driver and BBQ cook.  He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gail Patrick; two daughters, Gwen Brasfield and Colleen Nelson, both of Covington; one son, Christopher Lee Patrick of Brighton; three sisters, Shirley Glenn, Jo Morgan and Mary Lynn Newman, all of Covington; two brothers, Herschel S. Patrick of Savannah, TN and Charles W. Patrick of Covington; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14 at the Covington Funeral Home with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, January 13 at the funeral home.
