Shirley Fowler

Shirley Fowler, 67, of Covington, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Baptist Hospital Tipton after a brief illness. Ms. Fowler was a retired production worker with Unilever. She is survived by two sons, Jeff Fowler of Covington and Jonathan Fowler of Munford; three sisters, Sandra Fowler, Faye Hughey and Barbara Carroll, all of Covington; one brother, Ricky Cannon of Covington and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Verble and Emma Jean Cannon; her husband, Danny Fowler and one sister, Diane Fowler. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Covington Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from noon until service time at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
