Sandra Wingard

Sandra L. Wingard, 74, of Atoka, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, at her home. Ms. Wingard was a retired hospital care worker and retail clerk/manager. She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church of the Nazarene. In her youth, she was active in the Salvation Army. She is survived by two sons, Wayne (Deb) Cunard and Adam Mattice; two daughters, Angela Cunard and Mindy (Shawn) Divincenzo; one sister, Sharon (John) Nemeth; 12 grandchildren, Samantha, Maryann, Phillip, Caitlyn, Alyssa, Chelsea, Makayla, Dominic, Kristen, Austin, Payton and Ronin, and four great-grandchildren, Rose Marie, Zady, Opie and Jackson and her special family friends, Rev. Tony and Christie Elam. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Barbara Malone Neiger; her husband, Dr. Paul Wingard and three siblings, Larry Neiger, Pat Neiger and Kathy Neiger. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 16 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
