Ronald Gale Anderson, Sr.

Ronald “Ronnie” Anderson Sr., 80, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021. A retired farmer, he was born in Covington, then raised in the Detroit community, before settling back in Covington to raise his family. He was an avid outdoorsman and had a passion for hunting. He leaves behind two sons, Ronald Gale Anderson Jr. (Holley) and Michael LaGran Anderson (Tina), both of Covington. He had five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father O.L. Anderson, his mother, Gwendolyn Anderson, and his granddaughter Leanna Marie Anderson. A celebration of life will be held for family and friends at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home.
