Robert Wright

Robert C. Wright, 84, of Covington, passed away on Sunday, November 8 at his home. Mr. Wright was a retired heavy equipment operator with Allen Redi-mix. He is survived by two daughters, Debra Wilson of Covington and Katherine Smith of Oakland; three brothers, Eugene Bragg of Pontotoc, MS, Ed Wright and Eugene Wright, both of McNairy Co.; ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fenton and Susie Wright; one son, Robert "Wayne" Wright; one brother, Paul Wright and one sister, Marie Tracy. Robert was cremated to honor his wishes. A burial plot was purchased in order for family and friends to be able to visit him in the future. Please come to join the family in paying our respects, speaking about his life, for prayer, and song on Sunday, November 29 at 11 a.m. at Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will bury and sprinkle his ashes according to his and the family’s wishes. There will also be a balloon release in his honor and memory. Following the service, there will be time to visit with each other. We would love for you to come celebrate and honor Robert’s life and memory.
