Robert Henry Schlafer

Robert Henry Schlafer, 80, of Drummonds, passed away on Saturday, April 28.  A retired construction worker, he is survived by his wife, Cindy Schlafer; two daughters, Kim Wallace of Millington and Christy Woods of Atoka; one step-daughter, Jessica Sipes of Drummonds; four sons, Mike Schlafer of Shelby Forest, Timmy Schlafer of Drummonds, Randy Schlafer of Munford and Scott Schlafer of Atoka; one brother, Otto Schlafer of Hot Springs, AR, two sisters, Gladys Jenkins of Hernando, MS and Evelyn Gotten of Lakeland; numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Gladys Schlafer; one sister, Margaret Rankine and one brother, Malcolm Schlafer.  A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
