Robert Allan Fountain

Robert Allan Fountain, 75, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, January 31 at his home. Mr. Fountain was a graduate of Tusculum College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, was retired from Buckman Laboratories where he was a Special Projects Manager, a U. S. Navy Veteran (Radarman Third Class), a member of the Tennessee State Guard (Captain, 105th Infantry Battalion) and a Mason. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Clare Dickey Fountain; two daughters, Donna Fountain of Bartlett and Meredith Fountain (Greg) Martin of Collierville and one grandson, Patrick Martin. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8 at Covington Funeral Home. No visitation is planned and interment will be private. Covington Funeral Home has charge of services.
