Rita Ray

Rita S. Ray, 74, of Covington, formerly of Memphis, passed away on Monday, February 19 at Covington Care.  She was retired from Chamo and Goodwill, Inc. and worked part time for H&R Block.  She leaves her son, Don Ray, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Covington.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Lucille Sweat and her sister, Brinda Paravicini.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 22 at the Covington Funeral Home with interment to follow in Indian Creek Cemetery in Brighton.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
