Richard Lavelle

Richard Lavelle, 83, of Burlison, passed away on Saturday, June 27. Mr. Lavelle was a retired self employed carpenter and a member of the Gilt Edge Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Reaba Lavelle; one daughter, Debbie Lavelle and two grandchildren, Ruben Miller and Ashley Bohannon. He was preceded in death by a son, Rickey Charles Lavelle. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1 at the Covington Funeral Home with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30 at the funeral home.
