Richard Edward Charles Bailey

Richard Edward Charles "Lil Ric" Bailey, 71, of Covington, passed away on September 21, 2022 at Baptist Hospital - Tipton in Covington. Born on December 8, 1950 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Kenneth Dale and Ruby Betty Jean Douglas Bailey, he served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by one daughter, Mamie Bailey Brasfield of Covington; two brothers, Kenneth Dale Bailey, Jr. and Daniel Gene Bailey, both of Fort Wayne, IN and his companion, Tresae Lavelle of Covington. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Scott Bailey. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 15. The location of the memorial service will be announced at a later time.
