Randy Stimpson

Randy Stimpson, age 58, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of the Munford/Drummonds area. He enjoyed playing pool and tending his garden, and would occasionally go hunting and fishing, but his favorite thing to do was gather friends and family together for a fish fry. He is survived by two brothers, Charles Keithel Stimpson and Danny Oneill Stimpson; two sisters, Gwendolyn Ehret and Vicki Lynn Springer; his daughter, Kristin Zimmerman; three grandchildren, Trystin, Ryleigh, and McKynlee; niece, Angela Jones and numerous other nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Dorothy Bishop Stimpson, Jr.; three brothers, Stanley Doyle Stimpson, James Phillip Stimpson, and Harry Allen Stimpson, and his daughter’s mother, Pam Stimpson. Funeral services for Mr. Randy will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Covington Funeral Home. Visitation for friends and family will be from 10am until 12pm, with the funeral to begin at noon. Interment will follow in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford.
