Peggy Ann Fowler

Peggy Ann Fowler, 81, passed away on May 4, 2021 at her home in Covington, surrounded by her loving family. Her greatest joy was time spent with family and church. She always looked forward to visits from grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fowler was born on August 12, 1939 in Covington, TN to Claud and Zettie Williams. She is survived by her husband, John Richard Fowler; four children, Renee Conti (Steve), Marty Hazlerig (Patsy), Mike Hazlerig, and Jeff Hazlerig (Belinda); five stepchildren, Sherrie Jones, Eric Fowler (Jaime), Wesley Fowler (Cloma), Randy Fowler (Michele), and Debbie Criss; two sisters, Fay Hazlerig (Bruce) and Kay Willard; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; one stepchild, Rodney Fowler; and four siblings, Buddy, Sue, Leon, and Sandra. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 6, at 2 p.m., at Covington Funeral Home. Visitation for friends and family will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
