Patricia Banks McCain

Patricia Banks McCain, 83, of Brighton, passed away on Saturday, February 11 at her home. Ms. McCain was a graduate of Brighton High School and a retired employee of Bancorp South in Covington where she worked over the years as a teller and proof machine operator. She is survived by one son, Kenneth B. (Lisa) McCain, Jr. of Brighton; one sister, Joan (Carl) Smith of Brighton; three grandchildren, Jonathan (Allison) McCain of Brighton, Andrew (Heather) McCain of Brighton and Taylor Gross of Atoka and four great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Elise McCain, Kyle Joseph McCain, Andi Claire McCain and Connor Jase McCain. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Daisy Marie Banks; her husband, Kenneth B. McCain, Sr.; one daughter, Jill McCain Gross and three sisters, Peggy, Wanda and Marie. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 15 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Salem ARP Cemetery in Atoka. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Salem ARP Cemetery Fund, 3400 Atoka Idaville Rd., Atoka, TN 38004.
