Nancy Jones

Nancy Jones, 84, of Munford, passed away on Wednesday, July 13 at her home. She is survived by her husband on 67 years, Keith Jones; one daughter, Debbie VanLeuvan of Munford and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Kathleen Shoals and two sons, Owen Russell “Rusty” Jones and Stephen “Steve” Keith Jones. Ms. Jones was retired from Memphis State Speech and Hearing where she served as a bookkeeper. She supported her husband faithfully in his ministry as the pastor of the Mason Presbyterian Church until he retired and was a faithful Navy wife who followed her husband in his career no matter where they were stationed. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19 at the Covington Funeral Home Interment services will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
