Millie Smith

Millie Smith, 80, of Brighton, passed away on Thursday, February 1.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 3 at the Liberty Baptist Church where she was a member and a 50 year Sunday School teacher.  Interment will follow in Indian Creek cemetery in Brighton.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church. Ms. Smith was a retired secretary with the Tipton County Agriculture Service Center.  She is survived by three sisters, Grace (James) Lee of Brighton, Mildred Billings of Covington and Barbara (Mike) Cupples of Ozark, AL and five brothers, Carl (Joann) Smith of Covington and Charlie Smith, Frank (Jane) Smith, Rip Smith and Ray (Janice) Smith, all of Brighton.
