Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart, 68, of Brighton, passed away on Monday, February 6 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton. Mr. Stewart was a life-long farmer. He is survived by one daughter, Kelley (Jason) Justice of Brighton; three brothers, Dewayne (Kathy) Stewart of Brighton; Kenny (Debbie) Stewart of Atoka and Paul (Kelly) Stewart of Brighton; two sisters, Janice (Ray) Smith of Brighton and Carol McKee of Covington; three grandchildren, Robert Stewart, Cole Stewart and Dawson Stewart and one great grandson, Ryan Stewart. He was preceded in death by one son, Alex Stewart and one grandson, Reid Stewart. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 10 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Macedonia United Methodist Church, 11508 Macedonia Rd., Arlington, TN 38002
