Mary McDaniel Max

Mary McDaniel Max, 82, of Covington, passed away on Monday, March 28 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. Ms. Max was a teacher, homemaker, and a member of the First Baptist Church, Covington. She is survive by her husband, Douglas Wayne Max and one sister, Phyllis Vencill of Covington. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ruby Warren McDaniel; one daughter, Connie Max; one sister, Jeanette Marshall and one brother, Sonny McDaniel. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow Covington Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
