Marshall "Mushie" Miles

Marshall Andrew "Mushie" Miles, 56, of Covington, passed away on Tuesday, September 10.  He was a carpenter.  He is survived by his wife, Christy Higdon Miles; four children, Brittany Miles, Mary Louise Miles, Amber Miles and Andrew Miles; four brothers, Ted Simmerman, Marvin Simmerman, Danny Simmerman and Ricky Simmerman; four sisters, Janice Campbell, Gail Miles, Kathy Hughey and Jeannie Strock; two step-daughters, several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Morris and Mary Louise Miles and two brothers, Terry Simmerman and Buck Simmerman.  Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 14 at the Covington Church of the Nazarene.
