Lucy Cook

Lucy Cook, 67, of Henning, passed away on Tuesday, December 19.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 21 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford.   The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.  She was a former medical records clerk with the West Tennessee State Penitentiary.  She is survived by her husband, Bobby Wayne Cook; three sons, Bo Lackey of Ripley, Marvin Wayne Cook of Huntsville, AL and Scott Cook of Henning; four daughters, Diane Henson of Henning, Judy Carol Little of Brighton, Sheila Chandler of Memphis and Suzette Chumley of Brighton; two sisters, Joan "Ann" Arizabal of Florida and Jane Coats of Jackson, TN and 19 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Shannon Lackey and her parents, Richmond and Ruthie Rushing Jones.
