Lloyd Blyue, 66, of Burlison, passed away on Tuesday, October 25 at his home. Mr. Blyue was a retired mechanic, having worked for Sonoco Products from 1975 until 2013. In his spare time, he loved deer hunting and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by one son, Lloyd Nicholas Blyue; one daughter, Rebecca Gwen (David) Womack; one granddaughter, Stephanie (Joseph) Collins; two grandsons, William Womack and Hunter Womack; one great grandson, Colton Robert Collins; one great granddaughter, Reagan Gwen Collins and one brother, Troy Blyue. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington and Virginia Crook Blyue; his wife, Patrice Rose Blyue; one brother, George Blyue, Jr.; one sister, Laverne Blyue Whitehead; one granddaughter, Cheyenne Lane Womack and one great grandson, Dover Lane Collins. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 28 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery in Drummonds. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 27 at the funeral home.
