Kevin Smalley

Kevin "Meat" Smalley, 47, of Brighton, passed away on Thursday, September 9 at his home. Mr. Smalley was a truck driver for the Shelby County Government. He is survived by his wife, Courtney Smalley; one son, Tucker Smalley of Brighton; one step-daughter, Ashley Laurent of Burlison; one step-son, Joe Laurent of Millington; his parents, Lee and Linda Smalley of Memphis; one brother, David Smalley of Bay St. Louis, MS and one sister, Kelly Smalley of Walls, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 18 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
