Kenneth Hamer

Kenneth “Kenny” Hamer, 52, of Covington, passed away on Monday, August 27.  Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 30 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Covington Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29 at the funeral home.  He was a former machinist with Mueller Brass.  He is survived by one son, Brandon (Ashley) Hamer of Munford; three sisters, Kim (Dale) McKenzie, Pearl (Thurston) Walker and Barbara (Frank) Migliaccio; two brothers, Donald (Kathey) Hamer and Robert (Tracey) Taylor; his mother-in-law, Ann Davis; six grandchildren, five nieces; 11 nephews and his fur babies.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Hamer; his father, Thomas Hamer; his mother and step-father, Mary Ruth and John Albert Taylor; his father-in-law, Jimmy Davis and one sister, Carol Ann Fletcher.
