Kenneth Cooper

Kenneth Cooper, 80, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, December 16 at his home. Mr. Cooper was a retired roofer. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Cooper; six children, Patty (David) Channell of Covington, Jodi Cooper of Chicago, David Cooper, Jr. of IL and Bentley Jackson-Eubanks of Covington, Felicia Jackson of Memphis and Holly Jackett of Covington; eight grandchildren, Amanda (Gary) Channell Ervin of Covington, Wesley Channell of Memphis, Brittany (Kyle) Racky Jakowitsch of Chicago, Victoria (Wayne) Cooper Hancock of KY, Zachery Cooper of MS, Cody Cooper of KY, Caitlin Jackett of Covington Cameron Jackett of Covington and Lynnell Ransopher; five great grandchildren and two brothers, J.W. Cooper of Atoka and H.C. Cooper of Covington. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover and Lillian Elzey Cooper, 13 brothers and three sisters. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Magnolia Gardens Cemetery
