Keefer Ray Bradshaw

Keefer Ray Bradshaw, age 84, of Bristol, VA; went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 26 at Greystone Health Care Center in Blountville, TN. He was born on February 21, 1935 in Covington, TN; a son of the late James and Sue Max Bradshaw.  Keefer lived most of his life in the Covington area until moving to Bristol to be closer to his daughter. He was a Veteran of the Tennessee National Guard, and the owner/operator of Big Hatchie Marine.  Keefer was an avid duck hunter.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (Nancy) Watson Bradshaw; brother, Jim Bradshaw; two sisters Shirley Poole and Jane Scroggins; and two grandchildren. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Richard) Thompson of Bristol, VA; two grandchildren, Tori Thompson and Josh Thompson of Bristol, Va; brother, Coy Bradshaw of Covington; and sister, Bobbie Dunn of Covington. Memorial services will be held at 5p.m. on Monday, June 3 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
