Judy Carol Randolph, 73, of Covington, passed peacefully on December 9, 2021 while surrounded by her loved ones at Baptist East Hospital at 5:30 a.m. On November 23rd, 1967, Judy married the love of her life, Roy Gene Randolph. They adopted two children in the mid 1970's and finally had children to call their own. Judy and Roy were happily married 44 years before he was called home to be with the Lord. Judy spent a lengthy career in childcare. She started her own in-home daycare where she loved and nurtured babies and children for most of her life. She had a passion for The Lord, her children, grandchildren and one and only great granddaughter. In her free time, she also enjoyed gardening and dining with friends, attending church and serving those in the nursing home. She is survived by her children, Craig (Lisa) Randolph and Amanda (Casey) Fletcher; grandchildren, Alex Fletcher and Mallorie (Jonathan) Page; her one and only great granddaughter, Macie Carol Page; one brother, Danny Russell; one sister, Rita (Donnie) Haislip and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Roy Randolph; her parents, L. C. Russell and Dorothy McMillian Russell and her brother, J. R. Russell. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14 at the funeral home.
