Joshua Edward Murley

Joshua was born March 25, 1987 in Memphis and died on February 16, 2022 at Methodist Hospital Germantown at 34 years of age. Josh is survived by his wife, Brittany Black Murley and his two year old daughter, Chloe Marie Murley, both of Collierville; his dad Edward V. Murley,Jr. (Beth) of Ripley; his mom Marsha Pickard Murley of Collierville; two aunts, Tami Link of Collierville and Rita McClellan (Gary) of Humboldt; one uncle, Tim Pickard of Collierville, many cousins and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward V. Murley and Ruby Marie Kirby Murley of Ripley and Harold Glenn Pickard and Marcelle Fleming Pickard of Gates . Josh had a great love for his family, motorcycles, and the beach. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Covington Funeral Home chapel. Friends will be invited to share remembrances at the close of visitation. The family request any memorials be sent to St. Jude hospital or a charity of your choice.
