Joe Delaney

Joe Delaney, 76, of Brighton, passed away on Tuesday, January 3 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. Mr. Delaney was a retired sheet metal worker and a U. S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Inez Delaney; two daughters, Tina Delaney (Joe) Pucciariello of Atoka and Sandra Gail Delaney of Brighton; one son, Joseph Wayne (Wanda) Delaney of Burlison; two grandchildren, Tyler (Lizzy) Smith and Kristin Smith; two brothers, Bobby Delaney and Leroy Delaney and one sister, Nyoka Bryant. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Covington with interment to follow in Indian Creek Cemetery in Brighton. The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday at the church and until service time.
