Joan Ennis Buckley

Joan Ennis Buckley, 73, of Brighton, passed away on Wednesday, June 14. Ms. Buckley was a CPA, having earned her Masters in Accounting from the University of Alabama. She is survived by two sons, Thomas (Amy) Buckley of Salt Lake City, UT and Brian (Hannah) Buckley; four brothers, Larry (Brenda) Monday of Ripley, Charles (Pat) Ennis of Atoka, Lacy (Maryann) Ennis of Ripley and Brad Ennis of Brighton; three sisters, Shirley (Tommy) Pilcher of Dyersburg, Mary “Cathy” Brewer of Memphis and Ruby Jackson of Portage, IN; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Mary Sue Jackson Ennis and one brother, Jerry Ennis. Joan was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. She will be missed by all! A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 16 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Covington Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
