Jimmy "Scrapper" Johnson, Jr.

Jimmy "Scrapper" Johnson, Jr., age 39, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021, at St. Francis-Bartlett. Jimmy leaves his mother, Martha Knight; three brothers, Robert (Mary) Hollandsworth, Shawn Johnson, and Wesley Odom; two sisters, Chloe Johnson and Ashley (James) Johnson; his grandmother, Ann “MiMi” Berkley, and a host of other friends and family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Johnson, Sr., and his grandmother, Loretta Groves. Funeral services for Jimmy “Scrapper” Johnson, Jr. will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, August 2 at Covington Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home.
