Jerry Wayne Young

Jerry Wayne Young, 55, of Drummonds, passed away on Saturday, September 4 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. Mr. Young was a self-employed construction/maintenance worker. He is survived by one sister, Teresa Belk of Drummonds; one brother, Jeff Young of Munford; three nieces, Audrey Armstrong, Callie Young and Alexa Belk and two great-nieces, Madilyn Armstrong and Charlotte Armstrong. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Ruby Young and a nephew, B. J. Belk. Memorial services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, September 11 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
