James "Jim" Rose

James "Jim" Rose, 88, of Munford, passed away on Monday, April 15 at his home.  A celebration of life service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Rose was a self-employed business owner and a U. S. Army Veteran.  He is survived by two daughters, Darlene (Robert) Blank of Munford and Teresa (Teresa Belt) Rose of  Munford; two sisters, Shirley Brown of Munford and Marilyn Parker of Cordova; one brother, Randy Rose of Millington; one sister-in-law, Evelyn Rose of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Agatha Rose; his wife, Jeannette Rose; one son, James "Bubba" Rose; one daughter, Debbie Gatlin; two sisters, Mildred Brown and Helen Rose and three brothers, Bill Rose, Bobby Lee Rose and Buddy Rose.
