James Albert Gray

James Albert Gray, 81, of Covington, passed away on Friday, June 11. Mr. Gray was a retired Warwick employee and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Mr. Gray is survived by three sons, Tim (Becky) Gray of Covington, Robert Gray of Elko, NV and Matt (September) Gray of Oxford, MS; two daughters, Melanie (Dustin) Perrin of Lake Cormorant, MS and Denise (Stephen) Coleman of Clinton, MS; two sisters, Shirley Grudzinski of Aurora, NE and Carolyn Schroeppel of Millington; two brothers, Jerry Gray of Munford and Anthony Gray of Drummonds; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Robert Gray and Grace Kent Gray; one son, James Meacham; one daughter, Janet Prophitt and one sister, Peggy Adkins. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16 at Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. until 12 noon on Wednesday at the Covington Funeral Home.
