James Dunavant

March 27, 1925 — July 25, 2018

James Dunavant, 93, of Ripley, passed away on Wednesday, July 25. Mr. Dunavant was a World War II Army Veteran, a former welder for General Motors, a long time farmer and a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Marion Ellis Dunavant of Ripley; one daughter, Beverly Walker of Ripley and one grandson, Matthew Walker of Ripley. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home.
