Harold McCommon

Harold McCommon, 87, of Burlison, passed away on Sunday, December 20. Mr. McCommon was a retired Planner/Estimator with the Naval Air Station in Millington, a farmer and a carpenter. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn McCommon; two sons, Joey McCommon and Jeff McCommon, both of Burlison; four daughters, Jean Peeler of Garland, Marty Turner of Munford, Elaine O'Brien of Covington and Lynn Sanders of Martin; three sisters, Nellene Kidd of Covington, Emma Jean Rose of Burlison and Marilyn Gipson of Atoka; 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. McCommon are private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis.
