Geneva Garcia

Geneva Garcia, 73, of Burlison, passed away on Saturday, October 14.  Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel.  The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.  Ms. Garcia was of the Baptist faith and was retired from McGaha Florist in Memphis where she worked as an accountant and helped with other duties throughout the shop.   She is survived by one son, Terry Braddock of Covington; two brothers, James Allen Nanny of Pasadena, TX and Lloyd Nanny, Jr., (Linda) of Kentucky; one sister, Debora Nanny Baker of Milledgeville, GA;  one granddaughter, Crystal (Williams) Chandler (Tony) of Hermitage, AR; one grandson, Michael Shay Horvatha of Memphis; one great grandson, Porter Chandler of Hermitage, AR; and her former husbands, Hollis Wayne Braddock of Memphis and Felipe Garcia of Arlington.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce Ann (Yelvington) Williams (Mike); one brother, Carl Elijah Nanny and two sisters, Jane Stroud and Doris Hopkins.
