Edwin Haynes Scales

Edwin Haynes Scales, born December 12, 1947, in Dyersburg, passed away in his home in Munford on February 7, 2018.  He received his Bachelor of Science at Memphis State University in 1970, his Master of Science at Mississippi State University, Phi Kappa Phi, in 1973 and his MCP (MD) degree at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara.  He spent his career in nuclear medicine at Baptist Memorial Hospital.  Edwin is survived by his two sons, Robert and Steven, and two grandchildren.  He was a beloved father, friend and an honorable man who will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.  Private services were held in his honor.
