Doris Twisdale

Doris Twisdale, 66, of Mason, passed away on Monday, February 12.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 15 at the Clopton United Methodist Church with interment to follow in the Robinson Cemetery in Mason.  The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 14 at the church.  Ms. Twisdale was a former teacher's aide and school bus driver for the Tipton County Board of Education.  She is survived by her husband, Terry Twisdale; three sons, Bubba (Courtney) Twisdale, David Twisdale and Robert Twisdale; one sister, Billie (Frankie) Kowen; one brother, James Burditt and eight grandchildren, Drew Twisdale, Hanna Twisdale, Hunter Twisdale, Calleigh Twisdale, Connor Twisdale, Caitlyn Twisdale, Ty Twisdale and Drake Twisdale.  She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary Hearn Burditt.
