Diane Mason

Diane Mason, 62, of Covington, passed away on Thursday, May 7. Ms. Mason was co-owner of the West Side Grocery in Covington. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Mason; two sons, James Bradley “J.B.” (Julie) Mason of Gainesville, FL and Jon David (Natalie Smith) Mason of Covington; five sisters, Barbara Bonney of Clemons, NC, Peggy Wallace of Fairview Heights, IL, Brenda (Johnny) Mashburn of Covington, Waverly (Clif) Seward of Arlington and Vicki (Chris) Smith of Brentwood, TN; two brothers, Wilbur Lee (Reatha) Kobeck of Bartlett and Tommy (Mary) Kobeck of Brandon, MS and three grandchildren, Joseph Ryan Mason, Jack William Mason and Jeffery Daniel Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Pauline Ferrell Kobeck and two sisters, Linda Delashmit and Shirley Gay. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 11 at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Covington. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Baptist Childrens Home.
