Delores Harris

Delores Harris, 80, of Atoka, passed away on Thursday, July 27 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis. She was a homemaker and a member of the Rosemark Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughters, Sharon Hewitt of Drummonds, Tina (Gerald) Thorne of Mosheim, TN and Lisa Hectorne of Greenfield, TN; three grandsons, Christopher Hewitt, Sam McDaniel and Hunter Thorne; one granddaughter, Kristen Weaver and two great-grandchildren, Brayden Weaver and Peyton Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret White Denkman; her husband, Billy Harris and one brother, Charles Ronald Denkman. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 31 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
