Dea Harris

Dea Harris was born August 18, 1924 and passed away on August 30, 2020. She was 96 years of age and a retired banker for Wells Fargo bank in California. She also was a substitute teacher for Tipton County Schools in the late 80's and early 90's. She was a faithful member of Munford Baptist Church. Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Harris, her son, Bud Harris and her daughter, Beverly Jean Dunn. She leaves two of her younger sisters, Bill Langford and Sue Headley; grandchildren, Jodi (Steve) McCrory, Jason Dunn, Justin (Alyssa) Dunn, Jeff Harris, Brian Harris, and Michael Harris and great grandchildren, Mia, Jacob, Cali, Will and Jordyn. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Munford Baptist Church Building Fund. Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept 3 at the Munford Baptist Church with the family welcoming friends from 6 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the church.
