Darrell "DJ" Jones

Darrell "DJ" Jones, 49, of Brighton, passed away on Wednesday, August 29.  Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Mr. Jones was a machinist with Lambs Machine Works.  He is survived by one daughter, Jamie Nicole Hash of Beverly Hills, FL; two sons, Kenneth Lee Jones of Crenshaw, MS and Robert Wayne Jones of Batesville, MS; his mother, Aloria Jones of Brighton; one sister, Robin L. Balkman of Dresden; numerous grandchildren and his beloved dog, Sheeba Lee.  He was preceded in death by his father, Lee R. Jones.
