Dale Huffman

Dale Huffman, 64, of Millington, passed away on Sunday, November 17 after a long illness.  He was a 46-year employee of The Commercial Appeal in Memphis and a motorcycle enthusiast, hunter, fisherman and bowler. He was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Linda Faye Huffman; and his parents Clifford Huffman and Betty Huffman Miller He leaves to mourn his memory, two sons, William (Raquel) Huffman, Jr. of Germantown and Daniel (Jamie) Huffman, Sr of Holladay; four grandchildren, Dakota (Jaden) Hadley and Elizabeth, Savannah and Daniel Huffman, Jr; one great grandchild, Elisabeth Hadley; his step father, Jack Miller of Germantown; a brother, Cliff Huffman, Jr. of Sewanee; a sister, Pam McGaha of Bath Springs and two nephews, Zachary Huffman and Andrew (Aimee) McGaha.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 23 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Helen Crigger Cemetery in Munford. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
