Charles Thomas Marcy, Jr.

Charles Thomas (Chuck) Marcy, Jr. of Covington, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 13, 2021. Chuck was an avid outdoorsman and spent many hours hunting, fishing, and camping. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren and his host of friends. He was known as the life of the party and could always be found on the dance floor! He worked for World Color Press (Quebecor) from 1988 to 2009. He currently worked for Rose Construction for many years and was loved by all who worked with him. He was born May 30, 1959 to Charles Thomas Marcy, Sr and Alice Forbess Marcy. He graduated from Munford High School in 1977 and was of the Assembly of God faith. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 29 years, Sonja Baskin Marcy, his father, Charles Thomas Marcy, Sr. of South Carolina, his son Jacob (Haley) Marcy of Munford, his daughters Sara (Benjamin) Hawkins and Anna (A.J.) Kiihnl all of Atoka, his sisters Stephanie Ballman and Deborah Frazier of South Carolina, and his beloved grandchildren Owen Reeves Marcy and Ava Sophia Hawkins. Chuck was preceded in death by his mother Alice Forbess Marcy. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
