Carolyn Abbott

Carolyn Abbott, 77, of Mason, passed away on Friday, September 15 at Baptist Hospital Tipton in Covington.  Ms. Abbott was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Abbott; two sons, Michael Hopper of Grayling, MI and David Abbott of Lakeland; one daughter, Deennea Green of Bartlett and one granddaughter, Brittney Renée Hopper.  

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 18 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Morrison Memorial Cemetery in Brighton.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
